The free shuttle to and from the airport and the light rail stop was super convenient and fast!
Beds were not as comfy as those at the previous hotel I stayed at (which was much more expensive though).

I thought the hotel was nice. It was very convenient to the airport, and the free shuttle to the light rail stop made it fairly convenient to the inner harbor as well. No restaurant, no place walkable, had to drive to get food after I arrived late at night.

Clean, courteous and quick airport shuttle at all hours.

Very courteous staff, arranged last minute pick up when car rental desk was closed. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Gave good rate via Priceline.

Chek-in 1 am, waited for 10-15 minutes for desk attendant to arrive for check-in.

Overall, hotel was very nice, very nice clean comfortable room with nice amenities. Continental breakfast was very well done. My only negative comment would be the wait time to check-in. We arrived around 1 AM and nobody was present at the counter we stood there for 10-15 minutes before some arrived. ...read more

Having shuttle service to restaurants was great.
The bathroom floor had dirty spots on it.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the convenience of having the shuttle was great! It took us to a restaurant for dinner and then to the airport the next morning. Would stay there again. ...read more

The non-smoking room was dank, smokey, stains in carpet, and on walls.

Friendliness, cleanliness, everything.

The Comfort Suites at BWI was an excellent choice for an overnight stay before flying. It was clean, the staff was very friendly, the room we had was large and access to BWI was excellent.
